Tickets will only be sent out on standard delivery if ordered 2 working days before the fixture (Thursday before 2pm for a Saturday game and Friday before 2pm for a Tuesday game for example). Next Day Delivery tickets will only be sent out one working day before the fixture.

Ticket Office Collections

Tickets are left at the Collection Window under the name and address of the account holder. You may be required to provide the card used to purchase the tickets and photo ID with DOB may be required to collect concession tickets.

Duplicate Tickets

Tickets cannot be duplicated once successful delivery or collection of the tickets has taken place. If tickets have not been delivered successfully then we can issue duplicates on the matchday, after 1pm on a day game and after 5pm on an evening game. Judgement on the delivery of tickets is based on the Royal Mail online tracking system with the reference that we record upon dispatch.

Concession Tickets

Photographic ID with DOB (driving licence, passport, citizen card) is required to be shown on the turnstile for all Young Person and Senior tickets, it may also be required to collect the tickets from the collection window.  ID may also be required for any other event (including coach travel and away games) for the appropriate concession. For any special concessions please check advertised information for required ID.

Charges

TRFC does not profit from any booking/postage charges and aim to recover some of the costs incurred from online sales. All charges are non-refundable.

Charges vary depending on the event type. Charges are higher for events that are of a higher cost to run for TRFC or events that are sold on behalf of other organisations (such as away games) so to cover costs. To avoid multiple charges you may need to purchase tickets for different events separately.

Seating

Games and Stands which are not designated ‘All Ticket’ will be sold as unreserved seating. All seats in ‘Unreserved Areas’ are available to use apart from those designated with a Reserved Sticker (for Season Ticket Holders) or those cordoned off for safety reasons. Any seat generated by the online ticketing site is for the administration purposes of TRFC only.

Season Ticket Holders seats are sold as unreserved for cup games in areas that are not designated ‘All Ticket’. However other supporters are asked to observe and respect the ‘Reserved’ stickers on seats and supporters are asked to bring their Season Ticket book for the avoidance of doubt. Season Ticket Holders seats will be reserved up to the advertised date for cup games that are designated ‘All Ticket’ for all areas, after this point all seats are released for general sale and ‘Reserved’ stickers will not be in use for these games.

Tranmere Rovers reserve the right to alter seating arrangements as required on the matchday. If your seat becomes unavailable or obstructed in any way we will provide you with a suitable alternative.

Family Paddock

TRFC have designated the Bebington Paddock as the Family Paddock from the 2010/11 season. Within this area the Club intends to focus its Family activities and create a positive and family friendly atmosphere. To achieve this the area will be subject to a strict policy on offensive or intimidating behaviour, will be all ticket for all home games, will operate a separate Junior pricing policy and all Juniors (16 & under) will only be admitted if accompanied by an Adult/Senior/Young Person.

Restricted Sale Games & Priority Sales

Some games, particularly those in which the visiting supporters stand is designated ‘All Ticket’, will be subject to restrictions on purchasing advance tickets. This will often be based on previous booking history with the Club which can be verified by the system with online sales. Details of any sales restrictions will be advertised inn advance of the fixture.

In games which demand is expected to be great and outstrip supply then the Club will enforce a priority scheme for selling tickets. Season Ticket Holders will always have the first opportunity to purchase tickets for these games. Following sales will include any section of fans that can be verified fairly and accurately (from bookings, match stubs etc), this may not always be possible to sell online in order to ensure the fair distribution of tickets and prevent any abuse of the systems in place, this will be advertised in advance of the fixture.

Refunds / Transfer of tickets

Refunds may be obtained on tickets up to 24 hours before Kick Off providing the Club is in possession of the original ticket, unless otherwise stated. If purchased by credit or debit card then the original card used to purchase the tickets must be provided and the refund processed directly to that account.

All tickets are non-transferable. Any tickets found to be sold or transferred without prior permission from the Club will be void and entry refused.

Car Park

A parking pass must be shown in order to gain entry to our matchday car park, therefore if collecting then the pass this must be done before entering the car park.

Cars are left at owner’s risk. Cars must arrive at the ground no later than 2.45pm otherwise entry with your pass is not guaranteed.

Full Conditions of Issue for tickets can be found on the reverse of matchday tickets. Full safety information and regulations are displayed around the ground and within the matchday programme. A copy of the Club Charter is available on the club website (here) or from the Club Shop.
